Welcome back! We hope you’ve been eating yourselves sick, drinking yourselves silly, and generally enjoying a rousing good holiday break. But remember how you felt before your only exercise was lifting a fork to your face? Well now it’s time to get back that figure! We’ve got tons of new classes, another pole jam, and a special January offer to help you get back into the swing of things. So come get fit the friendly way.

January Offer

Ever have a friend say she’d love to try pole dancing? We’ll there’s never been a better time than now to give it a go. This January, refer a friend to Poletastic or bring her along to class with you and you’ll both get £10 off your next block!

 

Pole Jam

Come along to this free event, held on the last Sunday of every month. The jam is open to everyone from beginners to professionals. Drop by Fitness First from 3 til 5pm and practice your moves, learn new tricks, or just watch what everyone else is doing. Again, there’s no cost for this event, but if you would like to throw a pound or two towards the room hire, it helps to keep the pole jams free and frequent! To attend please text 07779332302. First jam will be in February.

 

Private Lessons

Feel a bit nervous dancing in a group or just fancy a bit more attention? Book a one-to-one lesson and get all the help you need without the pressure. Individual lessons are available daytimes, weekends, and some evenings. A single lesson is just £35, book 3 lessons for £90 (£30 each) and save yourself £15, or book 6 lessons for £150 (£25 each) and save a massive £60!  Want to bring your best mate along? It’s just £5 more per lesson for every friend who joins you.

 

New classes are coming!

Watch out for chair dancing classes and burlesque workshops in the New Year as well as an updated timetable for the pole dance classes you already know and love. Drop us a line or check the website for details.

 

Attention!

Sunshine Studios is now under new management, so look out for some much needed improvements to the studios, as well as tons of new classes. Day passes are still £2, but an annual membership is now just £15, so take advantage and try something new this year!

 

Workshop

Poletastic and Hearts ‘N’ Pole have teamed up to run an afternoon of workshops on Sunday 1st February.

2-3pm Burlesque/Chair Dance (suitable for all levels)
3.15pm-4.15pm Pole Dance (no spins/tricks—suitable for all levels)
4.30pm-5.30pm Pole Dance (must have knowledge of beginner spins)

These are priced at £10 for one class, £17.50 for any two classes or all three for £25. There are 8 places available on each of the pole workshops and 10 places for the burlesque/chair workshops.
Places are available on a first come first served basis and payment must be made to secure your place.
