The Instructor

Fay Warne is head instructor at Poletastic. She is also a professional dancer, dance teacher, personal trainer and trained sports therapist.

Fully insured and highly qualified

With a Diploma in Personal Training from Premier Training International, Fay is a fully insured and highly qualified teacher. She is registered on the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3.

A friendly and dedicated teacher

Fay started her teaching career in 1995 after gaining a BA Honours Degree in Performing Arts from Brighton University. Fay's first teaching positions were at Grimsby College teaching Dance, Drama and Performing Arts to Adults with Learning Difficulties, and at University of Humberside in the Media Department. At this time she also worked as a professional dancer for screen and stage and continued to do so for the best part of a decade. Fay still regularly performs with her troupe "Lily and the Foxy Ladies".

Highly skilled Professional dancer

As a professional dancer and dance teacher, fitness has always played an important part in Fay's life. In 2003 Fay trained with Premier Training International to become a Personal Trainer and Sport Massage Therapist. She runs her own Personal Training and Sport Massage Therapy business through a number of gyms in and around Manchester.

In February 2005, while working as a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First Manchester Central, some of the girls in her popular 'Laptastic' aerobics class discovered Fay was a skilled pole dancer and asked for lessons. Due to popular demand Fay got a portable pole, set it up in the studio and started classes. She has now been teaching pole dance for over 4 years.

When coupled with her background as a professional pole dancer, Fay’s decade of teaching experience will get you swinging with style, spinning with grace and inverting with ease. She’s passionate about fitness and believes that with her no-nonsense approach, she can teach anyone to pole dance.
