At this time she also worked as a professional dancer for screen and stage and continued to do so. Fay performs regularly around the country as her alter ego "Lily La Fox" as well as with her troupe "The Upside Down Ladies".
Highly skilled Professional dancer
As a professional dancer and dance teacher, fitness has always played an important part in Fay's life. In 2003 Fay trained with Premier Training International to become a Personal Trainer and Sport Massage Therapist.
In February 2005, while working as a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First Manchester Central, some of the girls in her popular 'Laptastic' aerobics class discovered Fay was a skilled pole dancer and asked for lessons. Due to popular demand Fay got a portable pole, set it up in the studio and started classes. She has now been teaching pole dance for over 8 years.
Over two decade of professional experience
When coupled with her background as a professional dancer, Fay’s 21 years of teaching experience will get you swinging with style, spinning with grace and inverting with ease. She’s passionate about fitness and believes that with her no-nonsense approach, she can teach anyone to pole dance.
