A1. Bare flesh facilitates pole grip, which makes shorts and vest tops ideal. However, normal workout clothes are also fine; it’s just important to wear something you’re comfortable in. You may also want to bring some tracksuit bottoms to wear during warm up and cool down.
A2. Lightweight trainers are best; particularly dance trainers, jazz shoes or ballet shoes. High heels can be wore at Poletastic Parties but not in fitness classes.
