A3. Our services have been enjoyed by a variety of women and we’ve even had a few male pupils! Most people want to find an alternative form of exercise, others just want to try something different, some want to start a new career and most just want to have a laugh.
Q4. Should I wait until I’ve lost weight before booking my place?
A4. You do not have to lose weight or gain strength before starting classes. Pole dancing is a great way to shape up, get fitter, lose weight and gain strength. Stop making excuses and come along!
Q6. How busy are poletastic classes? How many students are in each class?
A6. Numbers in the drop-in classes vary but typically we have no more than 2 or 3 students per pole, which gives you plenty of pole time. If you want a more intense workout or tuition then a private lesson for you on your own or with a few friends maybe more suitable.
