PoleDivas

To enter the PoleDivas Championship 2009 please send an email to poledivaschampionships@gmail.com  requesting an entry pack. 

You can also take advantage of reduced price tickets to the heats and the finals, to take advantage of this please email fay@poletastic.com with the heading Poledivas in the subject.

Timetable Changes

Fitness First – Tuesday 8.45pm Advanced Class

The above class is still enjoying its summer holiday, as I hope you all are!  Don’t worry it will be back in September and in the meantime please feel free to come to the Fitness First Wednesday 7.45pm class instead.

Loyalty Cards

Girls and Guys – just a reminder that if you bring a friend to class with you we will give you two extra points on your loyalty card.
